Investment Objective The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, if any) in equity securities of small-capitalization companies. It invests principally in equity securities of small-capitalization companies, which the advisor defines as companies within the range of the Russell 2500TM Index at the time of purchase. The fund may also invest in equity securities of foreign issuers including ADRs and similar investments.
