The Test Services segment provides a complete range of semiconductor testing services including wafer testing or probe, various types of final testing, strip testing and complete end-of-line test services up to and including final shipping. The company's history roots back to 1968 when Amkor Electronics, inc. was found. Amkor Technology was founded by James Joo-Jin Kim in September 1997 and is headquartered in Chandler, AZ.
