The company operates through two business segments: Restaurants and Bakery. The Restaurants segment consists of The Cheesecake Factory, Grand Lux Cafe and RockSugar Pan Asian Kitchen. The Bakery segment produces baked desserts and other products for its restaurants and for other foodservice operators, retailers and distributors. Cheesecake Factory was founded by David M. Overton, Oscar Overton and Evelyn Overton in 1972 and is headquartered in Calabasas Hills, CA.
