It is also comprised of the operations of Meridian Environmental Technology, Inc. and offers Maintenance Decision Support System management tools that allow users to create solutions to meet roadway maintenance decision needs. The company was founded by Joel Slutzky in 1969 and is headquartered in Santa Ana, CA.
