The company's wholly-owned subsidiaries offer diversified real estate, asset management and other financial services. It also invests in Federal Home Loan Bank, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae debentures. The company was founded by Michael A. J. Farrell and Wellington Jamie Denahan-Norris on November 25, 1996 and is headquartered in New York, NY.
