The Resort/residential Real Estate Development segment is engaged in farming activities and involved in the land entitlement process and conservation activities. The Farming segment engaged in the sale of grapes, almonds and pistachios. Tejon Ranch was founded by Edward Fitzgerald Beale in 1843 and is headquartered in Lebec, CA.
