Uranium Energy Corp. is a United States based uranium production, development, extraction and exploration company operating North America's newest uranium mine. The company holds interests in the Hobson processing facility, which is central to all of its projects in South Texas, including the Palangana in-situ recovery project, and the Goliad in-situ recovery project. Uranium Energy was founded by Alan P. Lindsay and Amir Adnani on May 16, 2003 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
