The investment seeks investment results that generally correspond (before fees and expenses) to the price and yield of the WilderHill Clean Energy Index. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks of companies engaged in the business of the advancement of cleaner energy and conservation that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index was comprised of the stocks of approximately 56 companies that are publicly traded in the United States, and that Wilder Hill (the "Index Provider") believes will substantially benefit from a societal transition toward the use of cleaner energy and conservation.
