Investment Objective The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests primarily in common stocks of U.S. companies. It could own as few as twelve securities, but generally will have approximately twenty securities in its portfolio and as a result, a higher percentage of the fund's total assets may at times be invested in a particular sector or industry. It generally invests in the securities of large- and mid-capitalization companies. The fund uses a value investment philosophy in selecting equity securities. It is non-diversified.
