President's Message Navy Federal mourns the tragic loss of men, women and children who were victims of the unforgivable acts of terrorism that shook our nation on September 11. Our thoughts and prayers have been with all of America during this time of trial. In the credit union tradition of people helping people, we are here to serve you. Americans and those from other nations have already expressed overwhelming generosity toward the families and friends of victims, including outpourings of sympathy and rousing displays of patriotism. The needs of these people will be ongoing for some time. In the continued tradition of credit union caring, we encourage you to support the Pentagon Disaster Relief Fund we've established or make a donation to the Red Cross. In addition to people helping people, traditional credit union values include not-for-profit, member-ownership, cooperative spirit and the common bond of membership. These values are the foundation for providing effective credit union service. We're sure you're as pleased as we are to now extend that service to all Navy personnel at Naval Air Station, Meridian, Mississippi, who recently joined Navy Federal's field of membership.
