Don't be confused. The Yaris iA is a completely different car from the Toyota Yaris. Behind its somewhat awkward-looking nose, the Yaris iA is really a Mazda, albeit a model that Mazda itself doesn't sell here. You'll only find this car at Toyota dealers. The Yaris iA has the sort of sporty handling normally associated with Mazda -- not so much Toyota -- as well as a "smooth and willing" four-cylinder engine and good interior features. Consumer Reports calls it "a desirable no-excuses budget sedan."
