Built in 1920 by a famous New York architect, the penthouse at 775 Park Avenue has been restored to its former glory.

The apartment has been home to a Morgan Stanley investment banker since 1989, according to The New York Times. The family raised four children, who are all grown and out of the house. The banker said he and his wife are ready to move on.

It has 14 rooms, including two light-filled living rooms, on three separate floors that are accessible by a private elevator.
