thinkway toys bat pod
Company: Thinkway Toys
Location: Toronto
Price: $44.99
Age: 4 and up

Hot off the heels of the summer blockbuster movie "The Dark Knight Rises," Thinkway Toys has launched the Bat-Pod.

It's a remote-controlled bike with a Batman action figure riding it. The bike features light-up wheels, as well as voice and sound effects. It moves forward and in reverse and also does 360-degree turns.

The Bat-Pod is pre-programmed for over 1000 action sequences. "But one of its neatest features is that kids can also pre-program their own action sequences using the controller, and the toy will remember it," said Thinkway spokesman Andrew Wagar.
