With a 360-degree camera, anyone can pretend they're a Google Street View car. The $450 Rioch Theta V is a minimalist stick with a few buttons and a lens. It can record 4k video and audio from multiple directions. Give it to a traveler or anyone into documenting life in excruciating detail. The videos are enjoyable enough to post on places like Facebook, where you can scroll around a scene. But they're most impressive on a VR headset.
