5 - Dodge Dart
Watch: Dodge Dart hits target, but not bull's-eye
Based on engineering shared with Alfa Romeo, the Dodge Dart is a stylish and surprisingly roomy little car that also has an impressive slate of technology options. Kelley Blue Book also credits its performance, but that's one place where I might part with the KBB experts. I'd say it could use some improvements to the engine and to the available transmissions.
