A path in Dennis' forest.
Patron: Felix Dennis
A billionaire British magazine publisher, Felix Dennis left the bulk of his $850 million fortune to care for his million-tree forest when he died last month, according to news reports.
He's said to have spent the last two decades planting the forest, located northwest of London, and will be buried among the trees. The 1,900-acre preserve, known as the Heart of England Forest, will be open to the public.
