The F50 model was developed in the early 90s to commemorate Ferrari's 50 years in racing. The goal was to create a street-legal car that offered a driving experience as close as possible to that of Formula 1 car. The body and chassis were made largely from very lightweight carbon fiber. The engine is a 4.7-liter V12 that can run at a screaming 10,000 revolutions per minute. Only 349 were ever built.
