Dan Bonventre
Former operations chief Bonventre started as a 22-year-old clerk with Madoff in 1968. He worked his way up to an executive spot, pulling down $1.3 million a year.
"We will appeal," said Bonventre's attorney Andrew Frisch. "The list of Bernard Madoff's victims now includes these five former employees."
