It might not be that surprising that Ashken makes almost $225,000 more than Lillie. After all, Ashken is a co-founder of the global consumer products company, which launched in 2001. Lillie joined as CEO in 2003.
The pair take home the same salary and stock awards, but Ashken's cost of medical, dental and life insurance coverage is higher, as is his personal use of the company's aircraft. The company also picks up the tab for $12,500 worth of Ashken's financial consulting fees. --K.V.
