These baggy, flared jeans were favored by skaters, slackers and Goths in the 1990s. Their sales peaked at $200 million in 1998, but they disappeared from stores in 2003. But the good news for anyone who likes their leg openings to be 32 inches wide is that JNCO's pants with the incredibly flared legs came back on the market last summer.
