The women of marijuana

Jan Cole founded The Farm, a recreational marijuana dispensary, in Boulder, Colorado in 2009.

She's successfully grown the business to 116 employees, half of whom are women.

"We are profitable," she said, adding that her business grosses $14 million a year. "Our strategy is not aggressive but a slow build for the long term."
