This isn't exactly cheap for a 55-inch TV. But it's still a good deal if you have a few thousand to spend on an excellent television.
The LG 55EC9300 uses a lighting technology called organic light-emitting diodes. All you need to know is that the OLED TV can process images 1,000 times faster than a typical LCD TV, making images far smoother and lifelike. The colors are superb and the blacks are blacker.
The TV typically sells for $3,500, but it can now be had on Amazon and at Best Buy stores for just under $3,000.
