Photos: Windows has changed unbelievably in 30 years

June 25, 1998. Windows 98 is unveiled. It supported DVDs and introduced the quick-launch bar for frequently used apps.

It was also the first version of Windows to support USBs out of the box (Windows 95 supported it after an update).
