There were several businesses not named in the company's regulatory filing that could be made into separate companies. For example, Alphabet owns robotics company Boston Dynamics, charity Google.org, renewable energy investment wing Google Green and many others.
It's unclear whether those businesses will be operated as separate companies or as divisions of one of Alphabet's other companies. Alphabet plans on unveiling its official corporate structure later this month or in September.
