FirstResponse believes that connecting a pregnancy test to your phone will take some stress off the process, but I'm not convinced.
In order to use the device you have to download a corresponding app, go through a setup process, and hope there aren't any technical issues with your phone in addition to any other anxieties. Plus, the test isn't reusable and costs more than a two-pack of regular FirstResponse tests.
On the other hand, the benefits of using the app is that you'll get personalized information based on what you put in about your menstrual cycleand your health. There's also a timer and educational materials about pregnancy.
