Pagani Huayra
Powered by a 720 horsepower twin turbo V12 built by Mercedes' AMG performance division, the Huayra sells for over $1 million. Pagani announced its intention to sell the car in the U.S. way back in early 2011, but it's taken a long time to get through all the regulatory issues. Now it's finally ready and this is the official American version of the car.
The Huayra's body is made almost entirely out of carbon fiber. Aerodynamics are managed with computer-controlled movable flaps.
