"Ideas trump tenure here," says Lucy Brady, North American recruiting partner. Employees who perform well can be sponsored to go to business school later on, as long as they commit to two more years with BCG after graduation.

What they're looking for: BCG is hiring its largest class of interns and new grads ever this year.
