Kilts not just in Scotland

BTM Utilikilt Mannequin only

Why don't men wear the skirts? That's the question Steven "Krash" Villegas, owner of Utilikilts, has been asking for 16 years. He says pants are too constraining and kilts more practical. His firm makes kilts for men and sells them at his Seattle store and at festivals around the country. The "Spartan" version of the Utilikilt (shown above) includes two cargo pockets and is made out of Poly/Cotton twill.
