This Indian university cranks out top-tier tech execs

Padmasree Warrior, who graduated from IIT Delhi with a B.S. in chemical engineering, served as Cisco's (CSCO) chief technology and strategy officer until 2015. She was Motorola's CTO prior to that. Warrior is currently on the board of directors at Microsoft (MSFT) and is the U.S. CEO of NextEV, an electric car startup.

IIT Delhi is one of the toughest schools to get into in India due to its popular tech and engineering programs.
