Take a peek at the Horch, an ultra luxury car from yester-year that's Audi's distant relative.
In its heyday only certain people were able to buy a Horch. They were required to have a minimum of 100,000 Deutschemarks in the bank. But even being rich didn't guarantee a Horch. Celebrities, powerful businesspeople or established members of the aristocracy were the only ones who could purchase Horchs.
Squindo says that buying a Horch was like joining a private club.
"Just because you have the means doesn't meant you'll be accepted into the group." He says.
