Small SUV - Honda CR-V EX
Consumer Reports calls the CR-V "one of the more sensible and competitively priced choices in the small SUV class." It also has much-better-than-average predicted reliability and a respectable score of 77 out of 100 in the magazine's performance tests. The best performance score in its category was 87, earned by the Subaru Forester.
