Infiniti's got a new way to name their cars. Now they all start with Q. Prepare to be confused. The Q50, for instance, takes the place of the G37 mid-sized sedan.
The Q50 will be offered with the choice of a 328-horsepower 3.7-liter or a new hybrid system. Both will be available in either rear-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive versions.
