Bruce Weiner is selling the contents of his Georgia Microcar Museum in one huge auction.
East German Trabants aren't generally considered collector's items. Perhaps that's why this car -- plus a trailer home -- is expected to fetch less money at auction than many of these other cars. The Trabant's body is made from a material called Duroplast, a mixture of cotton, ground up wood pulp and resin. The trailer is a 1973 Weferlinger Heimstolz. Its interior is paneled in lightweight Finnish wood.
