It's hard to say exactly why an off-road pick-up needs 575 horsepower, but it's fun when it gets it.
Beyond the superhcharger, the other changes are fairly subtle. You get a special embroidered seats that say "Shelby" where the regular Ford Raptor just says "Raptor." Beyond that, you also get extra gauges inserted into the two middle air conditioning vents. (One's for supercharger boost pressure, the other for fuel pressure.) Don't worry, though, you don't lose your ventilation. The air just flows -- rather weirdly -- around the gauges.
