Kia cars suddenly started looking so good a few years ago,when the company took lead designer, Peter Schreyer away from Audi. His influence has been striking.
I'm not sure Kia's new corporate look sits quite as nicely on a car this big as it does on a smaller car like a Kia Optima, but judge for yourself. The interior, meanwhile, is definitely nicely designed and well laid out.
While not all the materials are up to luxury car standards, at least the plastic was soothing to the touch and the attractive wood grain finishes look entirely believable.
