Perhaps befitting the preferred car of super secret agent James Bond, Aston Martin is cagey about its sales numbers, preferring not to discuss such things publicly. A bit of sleuthing, however, reveals that Aston Martin sold roughly 4,200 cars globally which would have made it the automaker's best year since 2007.
