The "Jolly" was a limited production version of the Fiat 600, converted by the Italian design company Ghia to resemble something that ultimately looks like a beachside golf cart. It features wicker seats and a fringed top for protection from the sun. As the tiny vehicle pulls out onto the streets of New York, Louie chuckles that "the guy on the bicycle almost took you out."
