This hybrid race car is designed for LeMans endurance races where fuel economy really counts. It's powered by a 2.0-liter V4 engine that puts out 500 horsepower. (Yes, it's really a V4.) The car also has two "energy recovery" systems, one that generates electricity from exhaust gases and another that generates electricity through the brake system.
