For those who prefer U.S. architecture, Indiana retiree Jimmy Landers has you covered. The self-taught miniaturist -- who also designed and built his own home -- now charges tens of thousands of dollars for his works.
The one-off Helmerich sold for a cool $64,900. The house is fully electrified with leaded and stained glass panels throughout. Landers toiled for nearly a month on the roof, carefully placing hundreds of slate shingles shipped in from England.
