Landers says this early 20th century hardware shopfront is historically accurate, right down to the custom milled wood and tin roofs.
An elderly woman paid $25,000 for the piece and is said to have "broken down" at the sight of the house as memories of her childhood in Germany flooded back.
"You'd be surprised by how many are in tears looking at the works," Landers said.
