When it comes to trophy apartments, taller is always better.
The tallest residential tower in the western hemisphere, 432 Park Avenue, stands a staggering 1,396 feet high.
It's not quite finished yet, but apartments are on the market. A penthouse on the 94th floor is listed with Elliman for $82.5 million.
With six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and two "powder rooms," the apartment spans an entire floor.
Of course, living this large isn't cheap. In addition to the eye-popping price tag, maintenance and tax bills are more than $32,000 per month.
