"I'm a native of Massachusetts. A few years back when I was a club concierge, a panicked guest left her laptop behind at the hotel in New York and headed back to Boston for a presentation at a financial company. They sent me on the next Amtrak train to Boston with the laptop, as I know Boston well. I was able to hand deliver the laptop to the businesswoman and she was able to do her presentation on time."
