This fruity confectionery may not be the showiest souvenir, but it combines two famous icons -- gummi candy and Ampelmann, the hat-wearing East German pedestrian traffic signal from the days when Berlin was divided in two.

Outlasting the city's communist regime, Ampelmann remains a mascot of Berlin.
