Investors are actually starting to believe in HP(HPQ) again, thanks to Meg Whitman. That's no small accomplishment: Whitman was basically charged with saving HP from itself. Years of boardroom mismanagement, scandals, and terrible personnel decisions made the once-great company the laughingstock of Silicon Valley. Now, HP is starting to become a leader again.
