The General Motors(GM) CEO started her job as the President's guest of honor at the State of the Union, where she was hailed as a glass ceiling-breaking leader of American manufacturing. But almost immediately, Mary Barra became the face of GM's ignition switch recall crisis that led to at least 13 deaths. And she was soon back on Capitol Hill to face two days of questions from Congress about the botched recall.
