One of the biggest recalls of a consumer product ever involved 150 million pieces of toy jewelry.

The rings, necklaces and bracelets made by four foreign companies contained dangerous levels of lead, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission. They were found in vending machines in malls, discount and department stores, and grocery stores across the U.S.
