P&G places great value on providing employees with meaningful challenges and long-term career development, according to its careers site.

What they're looking for: P&G hires fewer than 1% of the 500,000 people who apply there each year. Candidates will shine if they show their strong curiosity, appreciation of diversity and flexibility when tackling tricky problems, its career site says.
