Neither platform has great third-party apps yet. Now, they primarily consist of Netflix (NFLX) and Hulu.
But Microsoft's suite of first-party apps, which include Skype, Internet Explorer and Xbox Music, are not only far superior to Sony's own entertainment offerings, but they offer a glimpse of how all Xbox apps will eventually look and feel in the future.
