Soon after Facebook began auto-playing videos in customers' newsfeeds this summer, people started complaining that Facebook was eating up their monthly data allowances, resulting in sky-high cell phone bills. The fix, fortunately, is an easy one: Just change the auto-play settings to "Wi-Fi only" or "off."
