Settings still aren't perfect, but they're worlds away from Windows 8.
You can access far more settings from the "settings" app than you could in the previous version of Windows. The finger-friendly buttons and sliders are helpful for tablet users, and the simplified design makes navigating Windows' vast settings easy.
But, confusingly, you still don't have all settings in the settings app. For example, you can set the color of the taskbar in the settings app, but if you want to choose a Windows color theme, you have to go to Control Panel.
